Installing Matlab requires you to either buy a student licence of Matlab, which should provide you with a complete set of installation instructions, or you can use Remote desktop to get access to Matlab.
Python and Spyder
Important: If you are installing anything into your own computer, please make a backup of all your data before proceeding. Even though these methods should be safe, there is always the risk of computer havoc during software installations. We cannot take any responsibility for data loss and are unable to give data recovery support if anything should happen.
