Can innovation and technology reshape healthcare for a sustainable future?

Welcome to the 2024 Student Conference on Sustainability and Health! Here, through interdisciplinary dialogue, we will explore the potential and challenges of technology in addressing the sustainability challenges in healthcare.

The importance of AI and innovative solutions

The healthcare landscape is rapidly evolving alongside advancements in technology. While trends like Artificial Intelligence (AI), offer exciting new opportunities for diagnosis, treatment, and research, they also present challenges. In panel 1, we will explore some of the applications of AI in healthcare and ethical challenges.

The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the importance of technological innovation in healthcare. In panel 2, we will investigate the global impact of technology during the COVID-19 pandemic and the lessons we have learned from these advancements to improve health outcomes globally.
