Interview before matching mentor/mentee

All mentees and new mentors are committed to participating in a 30 minute interview in Zoom at the beginning of January.

  • You are invited to an introduction interview with partners from Agenda Kaupang, Kari Jørstad or Thomas Haugeli Halvorsen.
  • The interview lasts for 30 minutes and is held in Zoom/Teams.
  • In the interview, you can elaborate on your ambitions and goals for the programme that will help us match you with a mentor.
  • All new mentors (and those who have not participated in the programme for a while) is also interviewed.
