We get a visit from Canvas Canvas Expert from Instructure, the company which owns and develops Canvas. In two days (8th and 9th of August) he will hold a series of courses for you who are going to start using Canvas for your classes this fall so that the transition to the new platform will be as smooth as possible for both you and your students.
The courses are in English and you must bring your own PC.

An introduction to how to build your course in Canvas. Here you learn how to use modules, set up for submissions, use quizzes and more.
12.00 to 14.00 How to Get Students to Collaborate in Canvas
Here you learn about the possibilities Canvas offers to facilitate student collaboration. How to create groups, use group submissions, or facilitate co-writing are some of the topics that will be highlighted in this section.
14.15 to 16.00 Creative use of videos, images and text. How to design content pages
Here you will learn about many ways you can use the "Content Pages" tool. These pages can be designed exactly the way you want using the appropriate functionality and a creative mind.
