Information about hourly accounts for temporary staff

• Twice yearly you receive a print-out of your hourly accounts as well as an overview of your obligatory work duties for your entire employment period.
• In the hourly accounts for last semester, please check the ledger entries Fradrag (deductions), Undervisningsaktiviteter (teaching activities) and Vurderingsaktiviteter (assessment activities).
  • If your hourly accounts are correct please confirm this here (online form).
  • If you have corrections/additions to your hourly accounts you can submit these here (online form).
• The number under "totalt" in the summary at the top ("sammendrag") the hourly accounts shows how much of your obligation for that semester was fullfilled.
• You must look at the additional print-out ("Regnskap") to obtain a total overview of your obligation.
  • Negative numbers show your remaining obligation.

Please keep in mind that it is our joint responsibility to ensure that temporary employees are not assigned/take on more duties than warranted by the obligatory hours assigned to the position. Plus or minus hours will not be carried forward to any new position at ISS, nor do they provide the basis for extension or other financial compensation.
