- The total amount of supervision hours for master students is registered by the administration at the outset of the semester when the candidate begins writing the master's thesis (effective from autumn 2019).
- Supervision hours for PhD candidates are recorded by the administration in the following way: "The hours are distributed in advance and by agreement between the main and co-supervisor(s). 120 hours are distributed over the first three years. The remaining hours are allocated when the candidate has completed the PhD”.
