Adaptation of working conditions

The employer shall adapt the working conditions for employees with temporary or permanent disabilities.

Follow-up of sick leave

An employee on sick leave must be followed up by the immediate manager within set deadlines in accordance with the Inclusive Employment Agreement (IA-avtalen) (Norwegian).

Follow-up of parental leave

In cases of parental leave, UiO's parental leave team coordinates follow-up and support for employees and managers as well as reimbursement claims from NAV.
