When do you need to obtain consent?
As a main rule, you must always obtain consent from everyone being photographed, but there are some exceptions.
Declaration of consent - photo publication
We recommend using the consent forms in UiO's Image archive. There you can easily connect consent to the images you take. Alternatively, you can use this form.

Consent and use of profile pictures of employees
All employees at the UiO have a profile online with an optional picture.There is no need for consent for these pictures, however.
