Agreement with NORAD
In NORHED II, all projects will have a Norwegian higher education institution as coordinator. Norad enters into a consolidated agreement with each Norwegian institution that has more than one NORHED II project. The agreement with Norad is entered into centrally and signed by the university director.
NORHED II consortium agreements and contracts
Under the consolidated institutional agreement, each project will have a consortium agreement with the other partners. The responsibility for signing the consortium agreement is delegated to each head of department (project owner), who signs the agreement on behalf of UiO.
At the partner institutions, the consortium agreement must be signed by someone with the authority to sign such agreements on behalf of the institution. This may be the principal or be delegated to someone at a lower level in the organization.
