Responsibilities
Central:
Norad enters into a consolidated agreement with every Norwegian institution who has been granted more than one NORHED project. LOS will be responsible for administrating this agreement, including the transfer of funding to the local projects, quality assurance, general support as well as the consolidated financial reports to Norad.
Local:
The Department/Centre (project owner) is responsible for managing the funds in each project in accordance with UiO’s standard regulations for external funding. This includes budgeting, transfer of funding to the partners, day-to-day operations, accounting and yearly reporting to LOS’ central NORHED II instance. The reporting includes gathering accounting and revision reports from the partners.
