Participation in an application to the EU from another institution must be approved by ILOS no later than 1 month before the application deadline.
At this stage, the following must be clear:
• Buy out. Buy out must be approved by the management. Apply via research adviser.
• Partners and Coordinator.
• Your role in the project. Scope and time period.
• Economy. The budget should be finalized, including Calculations of Average Personal Month Rate
• A complete project description from the coordinator should be included.
NB! The latest version of the application must be submitted to the research advisor for archiving.
