Criteria for SAR and SRF candidates

1. The severity of the threat situation
2. Research that puts the researcher at risk
3. Academic activity that is not necessarily directly scientific
4. Academic background/level and match with environments at UiO
5. Other conditions that put the researcher at risk (such as discrimination and gender)

An overall assessment of the candidates is made. The criteria are not ranked among themselves.
