Managementforum: Overview of meeting dates. The next meeting is on 3 October. Cases can be reported and case papers submitted up until 12:00 on the last Thursday before the meeting. Minutes from the previous meeting on 5 September will be published here.

Overview of the Faculty Board meetings. You can find the agenda and minutes here.The next meeting is on 7 September. The deadline for submitting items for the agenda was 31 August.

University Board meetings in 2023. These meetings are live streamed and are open to anyone who would like to watch. The next meeting and seminar is on 17 October.

As newborns, humans are physically helpless compared to other mammals. Fortunately, our brains are able to compensate for this.

 

operasjonApollon: Preparing the ground for artificial organs.There is currently a great shortage of organs for organ transplants. In the future, organs can hopefully be grown in laboratories. Researchers are now hard at work.  “We are talking about 20 to 30 years from now. We are now laying the first foundations to make this happen”, says Stefan Krauss.

Klinmed: Patients receiving opioid maintenance treatment (OMT) are getting older, sicker and more lonely. (link in Norwegian). OMT patients are aging faster than the rest of the population. It causes both the accumulation of serious illnesses and mental health problems.
