Permanent academic employees at the Faculty can propose candidates.
Administrative/technical staff and students cannot propose candidates themselves, but can vote for the candidates in the election.
A proposal must contain suggestions for both Dean and Vice Dean positions and must be signed by at least ten academic staff members at the Faculty. You can only sign on one proposal for the same position.
The signatories to a proposal should include a contact person whom the nomination committee can contact in connection with the proposal. Along with the proposal, there should be a statement from the candidates that they are willing to stand for election as well as a short presentation of the candidates (up to one A4 page).
Proposals for candidates can be submitted by e-mail to the Election Board by Secretary Jarle Nygard by March 25 at 12.00 (noon).
