Wednesday 3rd of February, IBV Department management hosts a special event for all employees.

At IBV we have employees from 30 countries, which is why we have invited communication expert Dyveke Hamza to give a speech about how we can build a better team, across cultural barriers:

1) What should we be aware of in a multicultural work environment, and what is "typical Norwegian"?

2) What is typical of Norwegian leadership

3) How can we get better at including everyone in a multicultural group?

The event starts at 15.00 in Bikuben, where there will be snacks and mineral water/beer/wine. After the talk, there will be served something to eat, and more to drink. We hope that as many as possible will use this opportunity to stay and mingle. We hope to see you all!
