Election meeting

We invite all staff members to a lunch meeting to inform about the election of staff representatives to the ARENA board (2020-2024).

The new ARENA board is to be appointed as of January 1st 2020 for a period of 4 years. We have to elect altogether six staff representatives on the board (including three deputy members).

Three different staff groups will nominate and elect members from within their own group: permanent and temporary academic staff, and administrative staff. 

The election committee hereby invites you to an election meeting to give information on who can be nominated, why you may want to be on the board, the election period, and more. You can also read more on the ARENA election page.

  • Deadline for nominating candidates: 2 December 2019
  • Election period: 4-6 December 2019
