Check list
- Everyone packs up their own office, including IT equipment
- IT equipment:
- must be placed in a separate box - one (or more) per office
- computer screens should be tilted vertically to fit in the box
- wrap your screen in bubble wrap
- telephone
- Label all IT equipment (computer, screen, keyboard, mouse) with your name
- Label all boxes clearly with your name and new office number (see below)
- Boxes should weigh maximum 20 kilos
- Boxes to be taped with one strip alongside the bottom of the box, and three strips across the bottom of the box
- All boxes and furniture will be picked up from your current office and moved to the new office during the annouced dates
- Hand in your key for your current office in Sognsveien 68 to Ida
- Plants will be transported to GA30 by Geir - pack suitably and place outside his office
What do I have to do before the move?
Everyone must pack up all their own items. This includes books, PC equipment, and anything else that fits in a cardboard box. Label your boxes with your full name and new office number (see below). Stickers containing name + new office number need be placed on your pieces of furniture.
Where do I find boxes for my things?
You will find cardboard boxes in the copy room and outside the seminar room. Stickers to place on furniture will be distributed.
Who can I contact for more boxes?
If you need more boxes, contact Ida. (But more boxes are ordered and underway.)
How should I label my boxes?
All boxes must be labelled with your name and your new office number.
What is my new office number?
All members of staff have been informed of new office numbers. You'll find a list containing all new office numbers on the notice board as of 9/9, and below.
