Fellesløftet IV

"Fellesløftet" is a call where the Research Council and the universities will fund excellent research together. This time they will fund large, interdisciplinary projects. 

Application info

Fellesløftet IV - Large, interdisciplinary Researcher project. 

The projects must be interdisciplinary and represent at least two disciplines as these are defined according to Universities Norway (UHR)

Funds available per project: 12- 25 million NOK, where half of it need to be self contribution.

Duration: 48-72 months

 

Process at UiO 

The self contribution to UiO consists of 17 three-year recruitment positions in total. The rest of the self contribution must be covered locally.  This means that PSI may need to prioritise among applications due to budget considerations. 

The university expect to receive 12-20 projects.

Process at PSI

We will use budget meetings with the applicants to get an understanding of the different needs for self contribution in each project. 

All partners in a project are expected to contribute with self contribution.

 

There will be two deadlines at the department: 

Registration deadline: Applicants must register their intent to apply by then.

You can register here. The details (in example working title, partners) can be changed when needed. 

Budget deadline: Applicants must be done with their final budgets, register their collaboration partners and send a draft of the application. 

 

Timeline

Registration deadline: 11/10/20 at 23:59.

Budget meetings between 12/10/20 and 15 /12/20.

Budget deadline: 5/01/21 at 09.00

NFR Application deadline: 10/02/21 at 13.00.
