Which templates to use may depend on the funding source:
Projects with other sources of funding are categorized as either comissioned projects (UiO performes a service on someones behalf) or collaboration projects (parties have balanced contributions), with different agreements to sign.

When you (UiO) make use of external parties for handling of personal data, a data processor agreement must be signed. It defines the obligations of the data processor in handling of data on behalf of the data controller (UiO). In most cases the data processor agreement must refer to an obligatory risk assessment.
