SPARK Norway Graduation and Vaccibody Innovation Award
Four projects have completed UiO:Life Science's innovation programme in health-related life science, SPARK Norway. One of them won the Vaccibody Innovation Award 2023.

Introduction to forensic medicine - new interdisciplinary course
The introductory course BIOS1010 – Introduksjon i rettsmedisin starts in January 2024. Students at UiO can apply. The course provides an introduction to forensic disciplines and amounts to 10 credits.

- 17 November M.Sc. Helen Maria Johannessen from the convergence environment Evidently Rape defended her thesis Body fluid identification and transfer mechanisms affecting activity level reporting in sexual assault cases for the degree of PhD.
- 24 November Master Dongho Kwak from the convergence environment ABINO defended his thesis Music for cells? Rhythmic mechanical stimulations of cell cultures for the degree of PhD.
