In March the Research Council of Norway appointed five new centres of excellence at UiO.
Among these we find several centres in life sciences.
UiO:Life Science board member Alexander Jensenius is one of the new centre leaders.
Life science researchers at UiO were also well represented when Olav Thon donated 43 million NOK from the Olav Thon Foundation,
