This event is a great opportunity to practice research communication in front of an audience of fellow researchers and students. Read more about UiO:Energy Forum 2021 here. The student pitches will take place from 16:15 - 17:15 in Oslo Science Park (Forskningsparken).
Who can participate?
- All students at master and PhD level, working on topics related to energy and sustainability
- Students involved in UiO:Energy summer research projects
- This is an interdisciplinary event and students/PhDs from all relevant fields are encouraged to participate
Content of presentation:
- A research project related to energy and sustainability. Preferably your master, PhD or UiO:Energy summer research project.
Format of presentation:
- PowerPoint presentation (or PDF), our advice is to use a limited number of slides!
- Maximum 5 min presentation
- Please note that the audience will consist of people from many different disciplines. The presentation should thus be understandable for students and researchers not familiar with the particular research topic.
- Language: English
The audience will vote for the best presentation, and the prize for the winner is two interrail tickets!
Please apply for a pitching slot by filling out webform below. We will select a maximum of ten contributions, making sure there is a good mix of different topics.
