By logging into My studies you accept that the application retrieves information from the following systems:
My studies retrieves information from Felles Studentsystem (Studentweb) about which study programs and courses you are enrolled in, as well as other relevant administrative study information.
Additionally, calendar information and announcements are retrieved from TP and Canvas.
My Studies stores the following personal information:
- Personal data provided from your FEIDE after your login

Study information about you from Felles student system (Studentweb).
- Unidentified link to calendar (iCal)
- Unidentified ID for receiving push notifications on the mobile app
- Received messages with read status
Additionally My studies stores short cuts if this is added by the user.
Some employees who work with study administration at the institution have access to view your information in My Studies.
Data protection regulations and terms of use must be signed annually. Two years after the last signing, any information stored about you in My Studies will be deleted.
My studies is a service offered by the University of Oslo and assumes you are familiar with the the rules for use of IT services at the University of Oslo.
