A phone conference can be ordered at the telefontjenesten.
When you order, state the time and date of the conference, and the maximum number of poeple participating.
You will receive a phone number and a password from the "telefontjenesten".
When configuring the conference, follow these steps:
- Dial the number you received.
- You will hear: "Please enter your password followed by square sign". Do this.
- You will hear: "Welcome to the conference call. Please say your name after the tone". Do this.
- If you are the first one to log on you will hear music.
- If someone are already logged on they will hear "Ola is joining the meeting".
- Up to 10 participants. (If needed, this number can be increased.)
- You leave the conference by hanging up the phone.
- When you hang up, remaining persons will hear "Ola is leaving the meeting".
- When only one participant is left, this person will hear music.
