Set up printer queue from Windows

For printing with card readers, we use the printing server pullprint. This is how you set it up:

1. Click on the start menu on your computer (Windows button).
2. Type \\pullprint.uio.no\ricoh in the search box. The printer name Ricoh is the name of the most used printer. You can also use hp, but only for simple prints. If you are experiencing problems with connecting to the printer queue, please contact your local IT.
   
   
3. Click Enter and the printer queue will install.
4. If you are adding a printer to a laptop and you are logged into a local account, you will be asked to give your UiO username and password before the printer can be added. NB! Write your username in this format: uio\username. Press enter.
   It may take a little while for the password box to pop up. Press enter after writing your password.
