Guidelines for internationalization funding for ISV’s PhD Fellows in open positions
- The Department of Political Science might financially support internationalization activities by PhD Fellows in open positions.
- Such funding is primarily intended for summer schools, research stays abroad, field work or other data collection abroad.
- Costs related to participation in scholarly conferences, workshops and seminars must normally be covered by each PhD Fellow's yearly allowance (“driftsmidler”).
Deadlines for application: 31 January and 31 May.
Applications should be sent to Head of the PhD programme Jon Hovi and Head of Administration Ida Weseth Bjøru.
The application must include a budget.
We typically cover expenses related to travel, hotel/housing, school fees and visa fees. We do not cover meals/every day living expenses .
