UiO uses a payroll system from the Directorate for Public Administration and Financial Management. This is a digital payroll system and you submit time sheets in DFØ's web portal or app.
- The deadline for submitting time sheets is always the last day of the month at midnight.
- Salary is paid on the 12th of each month.

A general guide for which category to register hours in:
Gruppeaktivitet = Group teacher meetings, preparations for group teaching, teaching the group, communication with students outside of group teaching about miscellaneous around the course (everything from assignments to academic questions etc).
Retting av oppgaver = Only correction of obligatory assignments
Annet = all other incidental work that does not fall into the other categories. Like Info meetings, REAL-seminars or group teacher courses, extra meetings etc.
