Andrew Gilmour (UK), Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights, heading OHCHR's Office in New York, will discuss the universal protocol on non-coercive interviewing, with particular emphasis on the securitization of the rhetoric criticizing human rights. After his talk there will be a Q&A session.
