Dette innebærer at det ikke lenger er behov for å registrerer hvilke ansatte som er på jobb framover.

Selv om byggene nå er tilbake til normal åpningstid, vil det fortsatt være svært begrenset bruk av undervisnings- og møterom fram mot sommeren. Det er innført smitteverntiltak ved innganger og kopi/skrivere. Instituttet skal sikre at spritstasjonene ikke går tomme.

Fleksibilitet til å jobbe hjemme

Arbeidsgiver ønsker en normalisering av bruk av kontoret. Samtidig opprettholdes anbefalingen om å unngå kollektivtransport, særlig i rushtiden. Personer i risikogrupper oppfordres til å utvise varsomhet. Ansatte vil derfor fortsatt ha en stor grad av fleksibilitet til å jobbe hjemmefra.

Ordinary access to the office

All employees can now freely use the office and the buildings are back to their usual opening hours. Infection control measures continues.

This means that there are no longer a need to register employees before accessing the buildings.

Although the buildings are back to their regular opening hours, there will be a limited use of teaching and meeting facilities at present time.  Infection control measures are introduced at all entrances, and in connection with copy rooms/printers. The Institute shall make sure that stations providing antibacterial gel will not run empty.

Home Office Flexibility

Helsam wish to normalize the use of the office. At the same time, the recommendation to avoid public transport during rush hour is maintained. Risk group employees are encouraged to exercise caution. Therefore, there is still great flexibility to work from home.
