As you all know, we are moving to Abels house Monday 18 June.
Everything you have of personal belongings must then be packed in boxes. Use small boxes for books/papers, lighter items may be packed in the larger boxes. The boxes must be labeled with floor number. You get the labels in the reception office on the 2nd floor. Remember telephone an table lamp.
If you brought any of following items here, you must also mark it in the same way as the boxes:
- Chair
- Chest of drawers
Your computer will be boxed by the IT-group starting Wednesday 13 June. What you need to do about this is nothing, with the following exceptions:
- Take home any personal equipment
- Pack in your boxes any ergonomic equipment such as mouse trappers and English language keyboard
- Take on your person any external hard drives and USB drives
- Do NOT mark any IT equipment. We will come by and mark anything that needs marking.
We ask that you have patience with us during the week of the move and give us the space we need to set up the computers as quickly as possible. We will send out an all-clear when all offices on one floor are set up and ready to be occupied again.
After things are set up we also kindly ask you not to move any computers or other IT-equipment without getting the okay from us first.
