Organizers and contact

Kultrans is an interdisciplinary research network at the University of Oslo, Norway, that investigates processes of change in society – similarity and difference, continuity and disruption, tradition and innovation – within different contexts of communication and opinion and in different cultures. The focus of the research is the local and global effects of globalization, from both historic and contemporary perspectives.
