Examination system
Home-essay (3 days)
22. May kl. 09:00 til 26. May
During the course each student must give one verbal presentation on a topic decided by the teacher. This presentation must be approved in order to present onself for the final examination. The final examination is a tree-days home essay over a given topic. The essay must have a legth of min. 6 and max 8 pages (2300 charaters a page, not counting spaces, references in addition). The essay is assessed according to scala from A to E for passing, and F for Fail. Essay question will be handed out on May 22 at 9.00 AM, and are to be handed in, in tree eks. to Helle Granum, SKK, room 422 on May 26 at 11 AM. Remember to put course code as well as candidate number (not your name) on the front page of your essay.
Practical information about time and place
The places of your examinations/assessments will be published at least one week before the examination takes place. Some courses require that you log on to the StudentWeb for information about the time and place of your examination(s). In the event of information about the place of your exam being given by other means than the StudentWeb, you will be notified. See map of UiO to find your exam location
For most examinations you must report to the examination room 15 minutes before the examination is due to start. Remember to bring some form of valid identification bearing a photograph (for example, a University of Oslo student card, a bank card, passport etc)!
