There are several problems with the compendium.

1) The pagination in the copy of the article by Myron Weiner is wrong. Compendium page 21 should be followed by compendium pages 24 and 25. Then read compendium pages 22 and 23.

2)Kopinor included only one page of the article by Mukulika Banerjee. The pages assigned for this course have been copied and put with the other articles at the reception for IAKH.
