To my regret, I have to inform you that our class on April 5 (Tuesday, 14.15-16.00) is to be cancelled since I will not be able to return by that day from the AAS (Association for Asian Studies) conference in Honolulu, in which I plan to participate on March 30-April 3, 2011. Instead, the content of the April 5 class ("Labour Market Reforms in China in the Later 1970s - Early 1990s") will be taught through the rest of the course's lectures.
