A note on the syllabus texts: Only three of the five primary texts are in print:

Sherwood Anderson, Winesburg, Ohio William Faulkner, Go Down, Moses Alice Munro, Who Do You Think You Are?

These have been ordered by Akademika, and should be in stock by the beginning of the fall semester, as should Rolf Lundén, The United Stories of America: Studies in the Short Story Composite.

One of the primary texts will be made available in the form of a compendium:

Margaret Laurence, A Bird in the House.

In addition to Lundén's book, the theoretical reading for the course is being made available in the form of a compendium, please see the reading list.
