Your first assignment is a group assignment.

The group needs to choose a master thesis and give a short description (2-3 pages) of the thesis including its research question, theory, methods, findings, and conclusion - and assess the thesis.

All master's theses can be found under Media and communication on duo.uio.no.

Below is a list of suggested theses for this assignment.

Students are free to select their own topic for their master thesis. 

The following topics are related to ongoing research projects at the Department of Media and Communication - or on suggestions from people in other organizations that have identified relevant topics.
