Portfolio assignment
The portfolio assignment should be a methodological reflection on an empirical
scientific enquiry (or a comparison of two). Students are expected to reflect on
epistemological perspectives, approach and the methodology/methodologies
employed in relation to the purpose of the study. Students may themselves
choose which study/studies to reflect on. The portfolio assignment should be no
more than 7 pages + references. Supervision will be given in the working groups
only.
The deadline for submission is 28. November, at 14:00.

Write a paper where you discuss methods, either by taking the design of your
planned master thesis, or by discussing a study that you are interested in, for a
master thesis that you have read in preparation for your own.
Reflect on research question, choice of method, data collection and analysis.
Give reasons for your choices.
