Deadline for handing in the Formal Presentation: 1st November.
When writing your Formal Presentation, please use the thesis template and the guidance for the thesis that you should use later on when writing your thesis (see left side). Try to follow the template and guidance to the extent possible.
The Formal Presentation should be max. 15 pages (and not one sentence more!) - bibliography and outline not included. This is what should be included in your Formal Presentation:

(2) Background
(3) Sources and methodology to be used
(4) Overview over applicable HR standards and procedures
(5) If possible - a Preliminary conclusion
