FYS4130 - Vår 2012

Oblig 1

The oblig 1 is the first of two mandatory exercises that must be passed in order to take the final exam.

Corrected solutions can be picked up at the Physics Front Office.

 

In order to pass you will need to show that you have done a decent attempt on ALL the subproblems. You will get almost 2 weeks, your answers are to be handed in before Thursday March 29 at 14:00 in the Physics Front Office, in the box marked FYS4130. Remember to put your name on your answer sheets. Jørgen will be available to help you on Friday 23.

Equation (7.3) in Yomans' book has an obvious indexing error in its last condition. Please do not get fooled by this.

You can now get your solutions back at the Physics Front Office. If you did not pass, the deadline for handing in an improved solution is found on the main course page.
