Use pen and paper and handwrite your exam. Remember to put your candidate number, course code and page number at the top of each page. NOTE: you have to collect all pages in one pdf-file before uploading in Inspera.

General information:
• Important messages during the exam are given directly from the course teacher on the course's semester page or in Canvas (if used in your course). It is therefore important that you check the course's semester page / Canvas room regularly.
• Your answer should reflect your own independent work and should be a result of your own learning and work effort.
• All sources of information are allowed for written home exams. If you reproduce a text from books, online articles, etc., a reference to these sources must be provided to avoid suspicions of plagiarism. This also applies if a text is translated from other languages.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your exam answers are not available to others during the exam period, neither physically nor digitally.
• Remember that your exam answers must be anonymous; do not state either your name or that of fellow students...
Elastic waves: all chapters in the module except anisotropic waves
Seismic attributes: all chapters in the module
Rock physics: chapter 1-6 in the module
Reservoir monitoring: all chapters in the module
Marine CSEM: all chapters in the module
Det er obligatorisk fremmøte på første forelesning. Dette gjelder også studenter som er på venteliste til emnet. Studenter som ikke møter, regnes for å ha trukket seg fra emnet med mindre de på forhånd har meldt forfall til Studieadministrasjonen (studieinfo@geo.uio.no).

Attendance at the first lecture is compulsory. This also applies for students, at waiting list for the course. Students who fail to meet, are considered to have withdrawn from the course unless they have previously given notice to the Student administration (studieinfo@geo.uio.no).
