Hi. Due to the intensive fortran course this week we have to change our lecture time as we discussed last week.

I have a meeting until 3 pm on Wednesday, so we will have teh lecture 15.15-17.00

Some of you asked for suggestions for exercises from the Wallace and Hobbs book. I would suggest 3.43, 3.44, 3.47, and 3.49

Curriculum: As in recent years, we will use: a) the textbook "A short course in cloud physics, 3rd edition" (ISBN 0-08-034863-7), by Rogers and Yau (1989), with an emphasis on chapters 4-15; b) a selection of recent papers from the scientific literature (details to come).

Due to a busy semester for me, we will start on Tuesday 14.1, one week earlier than announced in the lecture plan (unfortunately, I can not easily change that).
