Step c) is represents one of the pitfalls that show up when parallellizing.

Try calculating the amount of computation that is done in c) relative to the other parts.

Are they similar? (Probably not.)

Is c) worth parallellizing?

Regardless, you are allowed to not parallelllize step c) - you are welcome to comment on why not, if you have time.

But get the rest done first.
