Abstract: Search is the de-facto standard tool for navigating of the Web. Web search engines rely on user input to improve their relevancy through machine learning. This establishes a winner-takes-it-all dynamic that makes it very hard for anyone to compete with Google. Is there an alternative model to searching and navigating the Web?
