References to the textbook in the exam questions

In the Exam for 2012 there were explicit references to an algorithm discussed in the textbook, assuming that everybody could look it up. In the exam for 2013 we will fomulate the questions so that we avoid such direct references to the textbook. However, the parts of the book that is included in the curriculum list must be read and understood.
