Mimcap LVS issue
Additional setup is needed to run LVS with mimcaps: http://nano.wiki.ifi.uio.no/Magic_to_get_things_working
The relevant steps are:
- Calibre -> Setup -> Netlist Export ...
- In the pop-up window insert in the field 'Include': <Your TSMC90nm run path>/Calibre/lvs/source_added
- Hit 'OK'
