Node.js version

As mentioned in this weeks lecture, you can prepare for the first assignment and lab sessions next week by getting node.js up and running.

There was a question about which version of node (current or LTS) to use, and you should use the current version (8.4.0) which has better support for the new javascript features in ECMAScript 2015 (ES6).
