Welcome to the course!

Dear all. This course will be held as a seminar over 4 weeks, starting Monday September 26. Since this is a new course this semester, it is still very much in the making. We want to draw on our large network of excellent researchers in the field of ICT for development, and the order of the topics might change due to travel arrangements.

We will publish the first readings shortly, for you all to prepare before the course starts.
