Due to travel, a couple of changes has been made to the schedule.

The sessions on social embeddedness and frugal development are both given on Thursday September 21st, meaning there is no class on Friday September 22nd.

The session on "Are ICTs building a better world?" on Thursday 28th will be self-study only. The slides and readings are posted online, but there will be no lecture

Due to a collision between lectures in INF5859/INF9850 and the mandatory seminar in IN5210/INF5210 tomorrow, we will make a change in the schedule. This change is only relevant for students following INF5850/INF9850.

The IN5210/INF5210 seminar will go as planned (from 10:15 - 12:00).

The INF5859/INF9850 lecture will be from 09:15 - 10:00. The rest of the lecture will be rescheduled (based on a discussion between the students and Sundeep).

Hi,

a guest lecture at the Centre for Development and the Environment is relevant for this course, taking place September 13. You can find more information about it here.

This is not a mandatory part of the course, but will touch upon some of the same issues we cover. If you want to attend, you will need to register at the above linked webpage.

The session topics are now ready, and readings are finding their way to the schedule. Over the coming week more readings will be uploaded, but all should be there for the first week of classes now
