The six exam topics

We remove one of last year's topics, to end up with five:

1) The Hodgkin-Huxley model

2) Calcium dynamics and contraction

3) The cable equation

4) Cardiac propagation (bidomain model)

5) Models of the circulatory system

These topics cover the course curriculum fairly well. Prepare a 15-20 minute lecture on each topic. After the lecture, you will eb asked questions related to other topics. You are not allowed to bring any notes or other support materials to the exam.
