This first week after Easter, the teaching in KJM5120/9120 goes as usual and planned. Wednesday: Lecturing Chapter 7. Thursday: Problems in Ch.5 and 6 plus a first look into the form of the exam.

The Compendium Chapter 7 is uploaded, but unchanged since 2010.

The PowerPoint slides for Chapter 7 are uploaded. They are in some cases updated a little since 2010, but mostly cosmetical; no need to print again.

I have uploaded compendium chapter and powerpoint for Chapter 6. The chapter is unchanged since 2010. The powerpoint has non-essential changes only, notably in slides 11 and 12. TN.

Dear all,

as announced at the lectures last week, the teaching this week is cancelled due to my travels Wednesday and the absence of many of you Thursday.

Next week is back to normal.

I have investigated the possibility of using Friday as an alternative day. It seems to fit some, but not all. I therefore suggest to offer occasional extra lecture and colloquium possibilities on Fridays for those who have missed out lectures or colloquiums. Thus, this Friday February 10 I will be available 12.15-14.00 at Meeting Room 6, Forskningsparken.

Teaching: Teaching is tentatively scheduled for Wednesdays 14.15-16.00 and Thursdays 10.15-12.00, in Forskningsparken Meeting rooms 7 or 8 or FERMiO lunch room - all on plan 2 close to each other. We start this Wednesday 25th. TN

Dear all students taking KJM5120 and KJM9120,

Welcome to a completely defective course and spring semester!

The course will have upto 4 hours of teaching per week for approx. 10 weeks, comprising lectures and colloquiums. I suggest we have the upto 4 hours consecutively in one day, with a good break inbetween, but it depends on your availability - we'll try to adjust it.

I suggest that we have it on Wednesdays or Thursdays at that we start on January 25th or 26th.

Please send an email with title KJM5120 to me at truls.norby@kjemi.uio.no and indicate your general availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 09.15 and 17.00.
